Most common injuries of the back

2. Herniated or bulging disc

    2. Numbness/Tingle
    3. Muscle Weakness

3. Fractured vertebra

  • Also called compression fracture, it occurs when the bone collapses upon itself, getting pushed together. Pieces of the bone can explode out into the tissue around the spine. The worst fracture is a fracture-dislocation, in which the bone breaks out, causing the ligaments to be torn.

    1. Chronic back pain

  • Focus on the good posture

  • Watch your weight
  • Get enough calcium and Vit. D
  • Have strong abdominals
